  Kyle from the seabrook, NH location was fantastic. I was extremely stressed and he was very patient and kind and went above and beyond to help me with my phone bill. I haven’t experienced costumer service like that, that I can remember, in a long time. I have no worries about going back for questions or payments because of his effort. I was also in and out quickly.

  We made a cash purchase December 5, 2015 and returned the item unopened 20 minutes later. They said all cash refunds are made by check from their corporate office in 10 business days. I spoke to them on 2 occasions and both times the staff and the store manager assured me my refund would be processed. It's now February 7 2016 and I am still trying to get my refund. I called AT & T today and asked them for help in this matter. Cellular World is an authorized AT&T retailer. Do yourself a BIG favor and only do business with an AT&T Corporate Store.
